Where is Our Hope for Peace? - Only $9.99 194 Page Paperback
A Resource for Families Coping with Suicide

"Where Is Our Hope for Peace is a beautiful book, and I hope more pained parents, husbands and wives are able to find it. I searched the shelves for a book like this back in 1991. I am go glad you have done this." -- Mother whose son committed suicide

"Suicide is a major cause of death in the united States and members of the Church have not gone unscathed. Until now, there has been little help for the survivors. This sensitive treatment will assist those whose emotions, grief and guilt are paralyzing. This volume contains personal stories and tragedy for those whose faith and allegiance to gospel principles has remained steady. Here is help for Latter-day Saint survivors who can now move beyond their personal heartbreak -- leaving the final outcome to the Father whose plan of salvation we sustained in the pre-mortal life and whose Son made it optional. This is a must-read for any so affected. A sensitive treatment for the survivors of suicide." -- Dougles E. Brinley

"My parents got divorced about eight years ago. After that, my dad's life just kept going down hill. In Jan. 2001 his dad was diagnosed with cancer and a month after he died. My dad took this really hard and just couldn't deal with it and he started heavy drinking. On March 7, 2002, my dad ended his life. He went outside and started waving his gun around. He had a police radio since he had been in law enforcement most his life, so he knew his neighbor's had called the cops. So when he heard on the radio that they were almost there, he went inside and blocked off the doors and shot himself in the head with his 9 mil. I was phoned that morning at around 3:30 with the horrific news. I am very comforted now because I know that my dad could not progress any further here on this earth and know that he is where he needs to be. It has been a learning time for me and your book, Where is Our Hope for Peace helped me to understand a lot of my dad's feelings and has also brought comfort to me."--Kim
